I had little knowledge or understanding of the Vatican so was unsure what to expect. Tatiana was a great guide who really knew so much about the museum etc and shared her knowledge with passion and a genuine interest in your learning and experience. Having the skip the line passes was great, it’s just a shame how busy the area can get, even on a weekday in the shoulder season – but that is completely out of the control of the tour operators. We did manage to move through pretty quickly and the 3 hours flew by. Additionally, Andrea was prompt to reply to any questions I had and provided advice and recommendations to assist with the tour and my time in Rome, which was greatly appreciated.
