Anna was a knowledgeable guide with a thoughtful, artistic personality, making sure we learned many things but also that we took time to take in the beauty of the art work and architecture. Our family of four (one 11 year old, grandma, and parents) really enjoyed it. She also took care to make sure the group could easily find her in the crowds. I recommend this tour! Thank you!
